Natinal anthem

Hey readers Today we have been working on a work book the first activity was to practice the natinal anthem in sign language. After about 5 times practicing over and over again. And went into the teacher space to record me doing it. Lock down Math

 Hi guys so for the past week we have been learning about patterns for maths, we had to make a copy of the slide and put it into our math folder. After I had finished doing that I started with the first one we had to look at the picture carefully and figure out what would come next. So just say it was triangle, circle, square then it would go back to the start,so a triangle. There was all kinds of different patterns we had to look at I found It a little challenging but very fun here is my work...

Lockdown daily challenge

 Hi guys This morning I have joined a google hangout meeting and got told that there are different kinds of challenges and of course I love a little challenge so I decided to click on the link to the challenges and do the work. I made a copy of the work and put it into my other folder, There were 10 questions I had to answer. I found it a little challenging but also really fun to get more information and learn more things. I will say the first three question for you. 

 number 1. What is the name of New Zealand´s biggest lake?

After doing some re search I found out that the biggest lake in New Zealand was Lake Taupo 

Number 2. Name three books written by Margaret Mahy. I found three interesting books on google written by Margaret Mahy first one I found was 17 kings and 42 Elephants second one I found was Tale of a tail and lucky last was The green bath.

Number 3. Finale question is What is the Maori word for family tree or genealogy

The Moari name for family tree is Raakau Whanau and the Moari name for genealogy is Whakapapa.

Te reo Maori class assessment

 Hi guys for Te reo Maori we have been learning class objects and colors.  we had to make a copy of the docs. we had to write down what the object is called in Maori and put the color of it is. I liked it because I learnt new things and I found doing the arrows challenging  because I did a big arrows than I had to change all of them. here is my work.

Clothes reading work sheet

 Hey guy Yesterday I did a close reading work sheet,A close reading is where there is a paragraph from a book with some missing words. You have to fill the empty spaces. IT was a little hard but it was fun. Have you ever done a close reading ? And you should try it if you haven't. The paragraph was  about the book (Whiches) 

What we learnt this term.

 Hey reader so this term we have been focusing on Anzac for reading. So yesterday we had to do a comparing sheet about a Soldier in 1915 and a soldier now. We have to read  a different text each week. I have learnt a lot of facts about the Anzac and the war.

DLO about weather

 Today I did a DLO about weather we had to read a book and find some information about it the book was about weather here is my work.

Moon sheet

 Hey readers yesterday I did a  question sheet were you have to read a text and write down the right questions. We had to figure out what the answer would be. We had 10 questions that we had to answer. Some of the questions where kinda hard. I learnt that the moon stays when it is day time it is just hard to see I also learnt only 12 people landed on the moon.

Today we have done some math questions on what we have learnt . All of the questions were about graphs you had to write down what type of graph it was kinda easy but it was fun there was another when you had to figure out how many kg or mils  it took them to get there.

DLO Dorothy

Hey readers, 

Today I did a DLO about one of the characters from the book of the Wizard of oz. We picked a character to write some information about that main people. There was the Tinman, Lion and the Scarecrow. I included  some information about Dorothy that might help with some things. I found it a little bit hard to find some facts about Dorothy, but it was very fun to do here is my biteable.

Complex sentences

 Today we did a complex sentence sheet we had to finish the sentence but add a conjunction after the first part. e.g The house creaked in the wind we would have to add on to that so this is my one The house,as it was haunted, it creaked in the wind so we have to add something else into it and finish with the same ending here is my work.here is the ones that I did today.

Number of the week

Hi reader Yesterday was the first day of math and we had to do a number of the week, A number of the week is when you pick a number and have to do a lot of stuff with that number e.g so just say my number was 55 then I would have to do five 10 dollar notes and 5 coins here is my work.
